Hey, It’s Parker. My journey into this project is rooted in my background in Biomedical Sciences. Understanding the disparities in accessing healthcare fueled my desire to bridge gaps — and what better way to build community and compassion than through art? Whenever academic pressure became overwhelming, my gas valve was a park, a pen, and a (sketch) pad. It became an anchor during challenging times, and i hope to share not just art, or aid, ut that empowerment with others too, through this project.

Meet Kier. Their art is a open chest of memory. Like the shallow of a worrystone, it asks where people and importance have marked themselves along the back of their orbit as their eyes thumb over the eras of who they’ve been, before they fall asleep.

In a digital age where media addictions are so prevalent, and inspiration can spiral into inaction, the only thing that’s seemingly becoming more accessible to us is our availability heuristic.

We are excited to open the studio soon, and will be working to support Doctors Without Borders, and are reaching out to more organizations this spring! With every postcard, a handwritten tether, a portion of proceeds goes directly to the linked initiative.
